DO NOT WORK HERE!! They hire you on the spot because its terrible!! They do not care about their caregivers the hours are unpredictable and unreasonable. If a coworker calls out they expect you to stay and cover for them making your 12hr shift a 24hr even if you say you cant stay. They constantly hire a bunch of new people at once because everyone is always quitting but this is just taking away your hours. The pay is just simply not worth the mental strain!!
Clients are sometimes respectable. Office management not proffesional. You need a car if you don't have one they are not very respecting of you walking. They just want a body in the company. I had bad experiences walking in the door. If you ask for alot to qualify your pay should be matched.

Interim of Solomon's is a great company. The caregivers are professional and knowledgeable and provide top notch care. Office staff is friendly and always available when needed.
