My 80 plus year old mother had a minor problem following a procedure (we needed to make sure the suprapubic tube was patent- the tube needed to be flushed to verify). When I called Interim (my mom's home health agency) at 4:40 p.m. to ask them to evaluate her, the RN who answered made excuse after excuse to avoid visiting her. First excuse: "We don't have orders." OT Marissa V is absolutely amazing. She has helped a 12 year bedridden client to now being able to sit on a couch and now in a wheelchair for therapy. On a good solid road to more therapy to be able to get the client out to doctors.
You know I had Interim Home Health when I fell down my cellar steps. Was laid up pretty good. The Interim nurses that came and took care of my wound were phenomenal!!! Very professional. Very knowledgeable. And very caring. They have an excellent staff!!! I had Melissa as my nurse for three days a week. She took excellent care of me.
