After letting in the woke workers and destroying their own staff, this company is now closing their doors on in-home care. they really hired on new young members, and the newbies would go behind doors and make sh!t up to the uppers and the uppers would council a person with 15yrs experience with THAT company. eventually they fired all their experience personnel, and then the newly hired quit (too big of work load). sad sad sh!t. I gave 4 stars..because I think its great to watch karma do its job!
Unfortunately I had to leave the star in order to leave a message. These folks are the most incompetent and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with they’re very rude, disrespectful and just so unprofessional. Interim Healthcare truly impressed me with their caring and responsiveness! Recently, we were both called-in on very short notice to help a bedridden elder woman who was discharging home from a nursing facility – Interim for her in home medical care, and BrightStar for her non-medical home care assistance. She needed a lot, and she needed it fast. Great company, couldn’t be happier.
I wish I could give no stars. The woman who I spoke with on the phone claimed that she called a "bunch of times". I received 2 calls yesterday after receiving an appointment on Friday. I asked to be called after 12pm. I am supposed to be receiving help because I am losing my memory at an exponential rate. Ok so, I called them back today after looking through my phone. I missed 1 (ONE!) Call. She says I am not complient. I will be calling my lawyer next.Thanks for listening to my rant.
