I recently just started working here and I LOVE all of the staff and the company as a whole. They are very welcoming and always make sure you know they are there for you if you need anything. I love how flexible the hours are especially with being a college student who is interested in the healthcare/medical field.

I’ve needed Interim on multiple occasions, always last minute, and every time they made it possible to send out an awesome caregiver. They were able to alleviate that daunting feeling of “what am I going to do.” This company made my mom a priority every time. For the most part I always had the same caregiver, shout out to Mrs. Tanya, but even when they sent someone else that person was knowledgeable, and professional. The initial consultation was great. The rest of the experience was terrible. I don't like to write poor reviews, but potential clients should be aware. We used the service for my elderly father post knee replacement. The caregiver was late all three times. The supervisor was supposed to attend the first visit for introduction. She called at the appointment time and stated she couldn't make it and would come on day 3. She did not.
