Uncaring and unprofessional.
If I could leave a no star I would. Don’t let the pictures fool you. Interim CNAs are nice, but the management is awful. They don’t perform the services you pay for and when you don’t increase your monthly package, they up and cancel you with little to no warning. Money not patient care is what appeared to be most important to this company. They continued to want us to pay more and more even though they did not follow through on the services already agreed to. I would not recommend this company to care for your loved ones.
