I thank God for these people! Somehow I fell through the cracks after surgery. I set up Interim to come to our home. They pulled me out of the cracks and back on my feet...literally! Thank you Jamie, Beth, Jennifer and Eric!!
The physical therapist requested additional therapy and before they had approved it the nurse closed out her case. We had to start all over again and we have seen the nurse several times with no physical therapy set up. She doesn’t need a nurse. She needs physical therapy. They want to blame the doctors office.
For the initial visit the representative showed up 45 minutes late and within 5 minutes of being inside my home told me there was no such thing as Lupus or autoimmune disease, thereby invalidating 21 years of my life. I was alone, disabled and in a very vulnerable position and she had already proven she was very unprofessional so I listened and nodded to her conspiracy theories of Hitler and Martians until I could lock the door behind her. Wonderful home care. Very caring nurses. Tammy p.,Darlene and evelyn were great. I highly recommend these nurses.
Diane D. in human resources (Pinellas Office) was rude and very unhelpful. Would not recommend dealing with her.
