Interim HealthCare's continuum of care sets them apart from any other agency. As my father progressed in his COPD journey we used all 3 lines of Business - Home Health post acute care, Personal Care & Support Services and when the time came of course we chose Interim for End of Life Care through Hospice. Everyone from the office to the Caregivers were kind, compassionate and patient with our family. I'd highly recommend.

Initial contact went well- nurse manager came to our home to talk with me about setting up services for my child. After our initial visit I did not hear anything so I checked in. I did receive a text back from her very late in the day stating that she had a lot of trouble getting information from my daughter’s doctor-which I find hard to believe but none the less. I had high hopes for Interim. They seemed nice and caring in the beginning. They had a caretaker for our disabled 2 year old daughter for a couple of months and everything was going fine, suddenly they want another caretaker to come train at our house incase our primary got sick or couldn't make it for some reason. Great idea. Turns out our primary caretaker is about to have surgery. Good thing we have the back up right? Nope she either quit or went somewhere else.
