Early in 2025 my Mom had OT and PT from Interim, in the assisted living facility in which she resides. Everyone that came for her OT and PT sessions was very nice, professional, and responsive to both my Mom and me. I would use them again, without question.
We are so grateful for Interim Health Care. My husband took a bad fall about a year and a half ago. He was in the hospital a few weeks and also rehab to recover. When he came home I was relieved to know that Interim Health Care was going to come to our home to help him get back on his feet. They were all so helpful and understanding. Would not recommend. I had a catheter change and the nurse put it in incorrectly and I was bleeding. He told me if it continues to bleed to contact them. When my caregiver came later that evening it was still bleeding. I called the office they said a nurse would give me a call back but I never got one so I ended up going to the hospital. The people at the hospital told me it was not in all the way and it ruptured my urethra. So they put one in properly. It took over a month to heal.
