I would recommend Interim HealthCare. It is one of the best I have ever had. Working with them has been super. I recommend them to anyone.
We have had just about the worst overall experience trying to get my mom help for her Alzheimer’s. One huge exception, and a major bright spot, has been Nicole and Erica from Interim. They have gone so far over the top to help, I can not say enough positive about them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Rated 1 out of 5 stars Do not recommend When this was setup for my MIL, she made it very clear to Jana & Alexandria that she would not tolerate anyone that no-shows or doesn’t contact ahead of time to schedule a time. Both happened. One nurse didn’t show up or call/text. When she was contacted, she told my MIL that she assumed the other nurse had come in her place. We knew nothing about another nurse.
