If I could give 0 stars to this organization I would. Unprofessional, extremely late (Donna-1.5 hrs with no notification to client), rude, and felt it was okay. I have reached out to the supervisor of Donna and Andrea who are lazy (Donna lazier than Andrea) and unprofessional; it obviously comes from poor leadership! Then again, maybe they are all in the wrong profession!
