When you know that someone cares and they exemplify with every interaction. You know that you have received the home that your loved ones deserve. It's that attention to details and patient care that counts most.
Horrible. They done even deserve one star. They wer grossly negligent in my father’s care. They sold themselves on comfort care but only provided a nightmare for our family.
Love this company!!! Lovely place to work. Everyone is eager to do what is best for the patients. It's like being part of a family!!!
This group of people pack amazing knowledge and go the extra mile to meet my mother's healthcare needs. They come when we need them, day or night. They even call when extreme weather is expected to make sure she has food, medicines and heat.
Nurses exceeded my expectations. Courteous and dependable. Definitely there in my time of need. They came in after I got home from the hospital and made my recovery so much better.
From the start, office staff has been kind, caring, helpful and professional. Caregivers come trained and prepared for their shifts and all it involves. Finally an agency that does "the right thing" because it is the right thing to do! It is not about the money they will make for helping you, its about giving you the opportunity to stay who you are and independent!
I've hired Interim multiple times for personal care. I have epilepsy and cannot often be left home alone with my babies. I trust Interim's CNAs and nurses with my life.
Did a very good job of helping to take care of my mother. Plan to use them again, and soon. I will recommend them to others as well.
