If I had other options for care agencies through my insurance company, I would probably not use Interim. It has been difficult to get hours scheduled, when aides call in they often cannot find someone else to cover the shift (an issue I do not have with the other agency I pay privately), we went through quite a few aides due to no shows, being consistently late, not being able to get transportation at all, which was frustrating, and I had to make multiple complaints about an aid leaving my mom in soiled clothes due to incont... read more
