After my husband's open heart at surgery, we opted for in home rehab and chose Interim. Boy, was that a joke. It was days before they showed up and the Physical Therapist didn't communicate with the Nurse so neither knew when the other was coming. When the nurse finally showed up, he was friendly enough, but when the PT man arrived, everything became about HIM....his experiences, his family, his plans...no one else could get a word in, including the patient!
