My mom used this company for a short time before switching. She was supposed to be assigned a nurse, along with therapy services. The nurse came out one time to evaluate , told her she’d be receiving nursing care from another nurse weekly. This never happened. When my mom called the office to find out what was going on, she spoke with Kelly the manager who questioned her as to why she believes she needs a nurse and stated “physical therapy can handle what a nurse would do” that was the first red flag. I had knee replacement 11/5/24, and Atef was my physical therapist. Atef was very professional and explained all the exercises that were assigned. Also, my admitting nurse Evelyn went over my vitals, medications, and both Evelyn and Atef explained what I should know about recovery. I would definitely recommend your company

Inter-rim health in house therapy provided me with the utmost care immediately following my surgery. They explained in great detail the upcoming steps that were to be taken for the next two weeks during their visits. They were always on time within the designated timeframe which allowed me to prep for their arrival. Vitals were taken each time as well as a surgical bandage check.
