From the day we began this journey the team and Interim Health has been amazing! They helped us with the transition from the hospital to moving our Dad into my home. The team is thoughtful, caring and so helpful. Kandi has become of the family in some ways! Bravo to this agency!
All the therapists were great, as was the nurse. However, I did not care for the home care services. The duties were not performed consistently and I was left with things that should of been done. I may be slow at my old age taking care of the house, however I don't prefer someone coming over and texting for an hr. or more and leaving me with duties that should of been taken care of. Never wanted home care in the first place, but my daughter insisted.
I don’t know why the VA is paying this company! They are short staffed, unreliable, impatient, and highly dysfunctional. The communication is lacking and they don’t follow through. Very disappointed in this company and we will let the VA know.
