I rented an apartment for 6 years in a building managed by Interia. The company did an excellent job managing the building and provided an unusually high level of service during this time. Jacob (manager) and Gigi (super) were always pleasant to interact with. Maintenance issues, which were few, were almost always fixed same day or next day. I am sensitive to noise.
