Ivonne is amazing! She takes the time to get to know you, and determine what you want to get out of the massage. I have found her to be personable, and a pleasure to work with. She uses a combination of different massage techniques, essential oils and aromatherapy to help create a comfortable environment and get the results that you are looking for out of a massage. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I emailed Ivonne in September to schedule a massage for November. I suggested a few dates and she wrote back asking for a phone number, which I provided. Never heard from her, so I emailed again to follow up. Over 3 weeks later and I never heard from her. Don't bother, she doesn't seem to be interested in getting new clients.

I called a few times and no one answered the phone. I left a voicemail and within a couple minutes, received a text message, "sorry can't talk right now." I waited three days thinking someone would return my call but never heard back. So after waiting, I tried call but there was no answer. I decided to text the number since that was the only form of communication I received so far. Four days later received a text saying, "unfortunately that won't work" This was just disappointing. I bought a groupon for Integrative Health. While I was unable to schedule online, Ivonne immediately returned a text to the number listed and scheduled me for a massage the same week. The massage was amazing and I found Ivonne to be personable, customer-oriented, and very connected to what I wanted from the massage. She took time to find out what areas I wanted her to focus on, used specific essential oils to work on my issues in those areas, and I left fully relaxed.
