The psychologist I used to see there is amazing. But, Lucy, was of no help to me. I’m gonna echo what Emma Reh said in a previous review: they claim to have called my house number for billing information. I haven’t had a house number since 2010…the only number I provided was my cell phone. They used to call me all the time on that number before… They knew they made a mistake and tried to cover it up with this house number lie. So my payments racked up and they are taking no responsibility for it.
Just putting some love out on Google for this team. They work hard at making sure they see patients and I always feel listened to. There's not a ton of psychiatric services that take hmo insurance, and they do. They are always busy. But they still get it done.
This was an awful experience. I've been trying so hard to find a good psychiatrist here in Los Angeles, and I thought that I had found the one at this office. However, I didn't even get to the appointment because the very rude staff called me once to tell me that my insurance information was wrong, even though I've never had a problem with it before, and then called me again the day before the appointment saying that I had not answered any of their calls or messages.
