A friend recommended Intergem to me when I was shopping for an engagement ring, and I’m so glad they did. Janyce and her team couldn’t have been easier to work with throughout the process, and the final product was incredible! I went back to Intergem for our wedding bands, and it was once again a seamless experience. After the wedding, I even had Intergem restore a family heirloom piece of jewelry. There’s no one else I’d trust for fine jewelry in DFW!

Very, very responsive! We had a situation on a Sunday, emailed Intergem, and 2 hours later received an email response from the owner! Thank you for the support and the super quick response, even after business hours, and on the weekend! Above & beyond!
Extremely rude & unhelpful. Came in for something small and got 0 respect & 0 help. Lady had no idea I’m a retailer doing $2m in sales a year and could’ve brought a lot of business, had she been remotely kind. Don’t waste your time :)
