Best providers ever. We’ve needed to see each provider at least once for various reasons and each has been great to work with. Ankith has been wonderful supporting our ND kiddos through med management and referrals as needed. I'm very glad we switched to this practice.
Dr. Kass is not safe for Black families. He frequently ignores basic parental rights and prefers to argue with patients and parents to place blame instead of actually working towards diagnosis in a timely manner. His unprofessional attitude leads to delayed or missed care. Aviod at all costs this man is not safe for Black people.
Dr Kass and the staff at Intergalactic pediatrics have really taken good care of both our infant and us as new parents as well. It's easy to schedule appointments, love the online messaging abilities which allows us to chat with the staff to determine whether an issue needs attention or not, and we're able to get all our vaccines easily as well. We had such a lovely experience for our establish care appointment. To start, everyone, including patients, wears N95s/KN95 masks, which is very important for my family. And everyone was wearing them correctly! There was plenty of time in our appointment to discuss all of our concerns. They took time to discuss our options with us so we could make informed decisions. All around, we are so very thankful for this office and their care.
It was so easy to make an appointment and transfer care to Intergalactic Pediatrics! And we really liked Nurse Practitioner Donthi. They were very thorough, great listener, and kind.
