My 88 yo aunt was transported to your hospital due to an emergency. We called every day and kept getting the run around about why we were unable to reach her. We were told she was in intensive care which scared us half to death. We continued to call and kept getting the same information without being told why she was in ICU. Worst hospital in Brooklyn. They need to shut down. You can’t even call to make a appointment. They give you about 50 different numbers to contact one department. It literally took me a week to get a appointment. Go anywhere but here.

Have you ever experienced 50 emotions at once? 😢😔🤬 Imagine that whilst many celebrated their moms on this special day, my mother remains in ICU at Interfaith Medical Center Brooklyn due to Covid19. With visitation restrictions in place, she remains intubated and alone, fighting for her life! this is by far the worst hospital I've been to in my entire life! im not going into detail because I would be writing this forever but I recommend woodhull over this pos any day. staff is HORRIBLE and ratchet. they legit watched me struggle with my asthma for over 2 hours before doing anything. med surg is just as bad as ed...throw the whole hospital away!!!
RecommendedMy father complained about his stomach hurting. Through observation and research, it was discovered that he had a GI bleed which required immediate surgery. The love and care of the staff shown for our father was immeasurable. He's here with us now and we are forever thankful. If I could personally hug all of the staff, I would!!! Thank you Interfaith!
