I keep leaving reviewing for different department of interfaith hospitals, warning people not to go here. My sister was scheduled for a root canal and she was never able to completed at this dental office because her prior authorization expired and the dental office never informed her. When she went to do her root canal today, apparently they scheduled her for a regular appointment. Extremely unprofessional front desk, staff, and this hospital as a hall is just a place people go to die.
I walked in Interfaith with mixed feeling because if the reviews I read prior to my visit. I can tell you now that all thise feelings went away when I got here. The recepwas courteous and the doctors were amazing. My daughter had to get an examination and the way the doctor was sooo patient with her was amazing. Fast forward to my second visit today. This hospital emergency waiting almost 8 hours
If I could give them ZERO stars I would !! I’m 21 weeks pregnant. My filling came out & I went in to get my fillin filled. I was there by 8 am. Meanwhile I’m in PAIN! My ear is starting to hurt and They told me to come back at 1:30 to be seen. 1:30 still wasn’t seen told me to come back by 2:30pm. Sat there until 4:25 for them to use my insurance to take an x ray and PROCEED to tell me that they can’t do anything for me, because they’re about to CLOSE at 5pm !
