Quality instructors and subject matter, I can see why employer uses them.
For professional training and learning, this is the place you want to go to get it. These guys and gals know their S****, get your mind off the gutter, the word is Stuff.
I have taken 2 Cisco classes here and both were excellent. Passed my CCENT and CCNA R&S due to the quality of instruction by Mark Jacob and the course content. Hopefully I get the opportunity to take additional classes here
