Had a rough go with interface and ended up talking to Kassi David, not only was she VERY nice she explained and answered alot of my questions and concerns very thankful for people who actually care and work to resolve problems
The customer service is horrible! When you call for customer service they give you the run around by transfering you to different people so you never get to talk to who you want. Call service stinks!!! Had to call 4 times and wait forever for them to help me. Do not buy from them because trying to communicate with them is so difficult!
Please! Avoid at all costs. Because they will cost you. They really need 0 stars... Shady business practices...
