They literally never answer their phones! I’m having issues with gentle dental, and I was told to call the corporate number. I’ve been waiting over a week and no one will ever call me back!
Absolutely awful. They sell scam "Gentle Dental" coverage that I canceled two years ago when it didn't cover much. I have called and written several times. They still try to charge my card every year. This time (two years of charge backs for them) the bank is now blocking their transactions.
This is not a place I will ever go to again , it took six months to get my denture and they aren't even right.I would not recommend this dentist to my dog.
