Beware! Gental Dental/Interdent run dishonest, fraudulent dental offices. From churning out awful dental care to dishonest billing , which no one employed there can or will explain. After many attempts, a billing "expert" named Brittany will confront and threaten you aggressively yelling like a wild idiot because you ask for details of bill. They literally never answer their phones! I’m having issues with gentle dental, and I was told to call the corporate number. I’ve been waiting over a week and no one will ever call me back!
Absolutely awful. They sell scam "Gentle Dental" coverage that I canceled two years ago when it didn't cover much. I have called and written several times. They still try to charge my card every year. This time (two years of charge backs for them) the bank is now blocking their transactions.
This is not a place I will ever go to again , it took six months to get my denture and they aren't even right.I would not recommend this dentist to my dog.
Buyer be aware! I have been dealing with Gentle Dental for 16 months thus far with no finality to my ongoing dental issues. I went there on October 2022 for 2 root canals with crowns, 1 tooth removal, and 1 crown and a lower partial. Todate, no lower partial, 2 bad crowns, with 1 with ongoing pain. The dentist, Marcelle Ortiz Luis, refused to rectify and attempted to say I had gingivitis, and she did her best, and I need to fond another dentist that can give a crown that I will like.
