Gentle dental has taken over 2 years to take care of my cavities. And are responsible for me even losing more teeth. I came in two years ago for a partial. I probably had 15 different exams but nobody hardly ever filling cavities. Then they had to go and pull nine teeth because appointments were stretched so far apart the cavities were not getting attention. The phone number listed here is disconnected. Can’t reach the billing department and nobody will return my emails after they sent ME an urgent request to contact. Ridiculous
Do not let these people fool you....Gentle Dental is a scam. After paying for an unneeded root canal and being told mutiple times that there is nothing wrong with my husbands tooth, he went to another dentist and was immediately told that he didn't need a root canal but the tooth next to the root canal was cracked. Gentle Dental gave an unneeded root canal and missed an obviously cracked tooth! They did that because they were milking my husbands very good dental insurance.
