Do not let these people fool you....Gentle Dental is a scam. After paying for an unneeded root canal and being told mutiple times that there is nothing wrong with my husbands tooth, he went to another dentist and was immediately told that he didn't need a root canal but the tooth next to the root canal was cracked. Gentle Dental gave an unneeded root canal and missed an obviously cracked tooth! They did that because they were milking my husbands very good dental insurance. I have been going to Gentle Dental Arlington MA for years. It was okay. It's near by and convenient. But, the last visit really disappointed me. They told me I need routine x-ray that day. I asked the hygienist if my current insurance cover me just like before. She checked and told me "YES". It turned out they never call my insurance provider and now I am left with a $157 balance.
