Recently had an issue with one of my Phonak hearing aids. The Audiologist - Julie Roper treated my problem and solved it immediately. The she proceeded to fine tune my hearing aids (which made a very noticeable improvement. Julie is absolutely wonderful. All of the staff at the office are very professional and empathetic.
Just needed an appointment with an audiologist for hearing test and get new hearing aids. Was seen by ENT doctor who looked in my ears and throat and charged me for a full work up. Did get hearing test by a teck . But was told I couldn’t see the audiologist for the hearing aids or whoever dealt with the new hearing aids. Rian Shapiro is the best. She is professional and personable, answers my questions well. I am confident in her skills.
Excellent hearing aides (Phonak) and excellent support. I was having problems with my hearing aides connecting to my phone and Dr. Shapiro fixed things in just a few minutes.
