Just needed an appointment with an audiologist for hearing test and get new hearing aids. Was seen by ENT doctor who looked in my ears and throat and charged me for a full work up. Did get hearing test by a teck . But was told I couldn’t see the audiologist for the hearing aids or whoever dealt with the new hearing aids. Excellent hearing aides (Phonak) and excellent support. I was having problems with my hearing aides connecting to my phone and Dr. Shapiro fixed things in just a few minutes.
