David Paes is a wonderful asset to your hotel! What a true pleasure and he is so helpful! Our stay was fantastic and we enjoyed every moment. An area for improvement would be access to the outdoor area near the pool. We wish a section of the outdoor area by the pool was available to guests when using the pool. The club and the staff were very helpful and friends and the food was fabulous! Thanks and we look forward to staying with you again soon.
Great location, with well appointed rooms and a great restaurant. Will stay here again next time I'm on the area.
Hotel was very closed to the Union station which is very handy and all the restaurant are surrounding it. My concern is the washroom, where the vent duct just simply does not suck at all. The air conditionning unit in our room would make noise at night and sleeping wasn't that great.
I have stayed at the Intercontinental in Toronto for both business and personal reasons and have always received the same outstanding service and accommodations. They are quick to address and concerns and ensure that you know everything needed in to make your stay perfect. I have personally been assisted by Paul a few times when I have checked in and his upbeat friendly attitude makes a long travel day better. I will definitely be staying here in the fiture
I love the intercontinental , I have been here 4 times now for hockey , baseball, basketball ball and a concert. I love the lounge, usually pretty quiet and relaxing . Always a lovely spread of food and gluten free options . The staff there is always kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub are so peaceful. They have ambient music and nature sounds, usually they have a diffuser with lovely essential oil, was disappointed they have replaced it with a cheap smelly sprayer on the wall that smells like men’s deodorant .
