We were in Toronto for Jays game 7. We enjoyed the hotel vibe. The hotel proximity to both Raptors, Leafs and Jays home games is a big plus. We will be back for next year's World Series and we will win this one. Wanted to compliment Ardiz, she was fabulous.
The view from my room was okay. The shape of the room was weird, a lot of dead space. I don't like carpets in hotel rooms. The shower head didn't provide the falling rain effect like other hotels. The staff is very courteous, professional and customer service oriented. Great location. Just need to upgrade the rooms compared to other hotels in the same area for the same price range
Amazing staff, hotel is clean and spacious. Their house keeper Victoria was so attentive with my family needs. She provided me a kettle as it wasnt in our hotel room, she got me one so I can have my english brew. Thank you and my family and I are so grateful
On this occasion, when I checked in, David from the front desk team took care of me. He was very helpful, polite and professional. It's a great hotel, and I would highly recommend to anyone!
