I was so excited when I found out I was coming to stay here. My opinion automatically changed Front desk was really nice, lobby was beautiful It’s a huge pain to get to the room, and when we finally got there, I automatically went to take a shower. We checked in from TN to attend a family reunion in Tampa August 29th. We needed a hotel close to all schd. events, safe, nice rooms and no parking fees. that was nice, secure and I found Westshore on the Google website. The location was perfect, and close to all the events whic made it easy to get around town, including 10 mins. From the airport. Wow. How this hotel have over 4 stars I have no idea. The lobby and bar are nice but the rooms are absolutely attrocious. The carpet in the hallways are all wrinkled and coming up, which creates a tripping hazard. The ceilings had water stains and pealing paint. The pool has been closed since February according to some workers. Our room was very pretty gross. We found blood on the sheets and it wasn't just one spot, it was quite a bit and very noticable.
