Good location, close to everything in Tampa. 10 min drive to downtown Tampa
the manager and supervisor came to my room forcefully while i was in my under i called the front desk for a different room bcuz the double beds are so small the guy at the front desk told me no bcuz the no other rooms were clean (liar) this hotel staff really arent ppl friendly complaints to the hotel staff is pointless they stick to and help each other

The customer service was over the top. Eva and Lucas at the bar were friendly and efficient. Stephanie at the breakfast restaurant was accommodating and very personable. The associates at the front desk always acknowledged us when we stepped off the elevator and were very informative whenever we had questions. I was disappointed that the pool was closed (had been closed for several weeks already and would probably be closed for several more), would have been nice to know ahead of time. It was a great experience for my husband and I, we definitely need to mention Robin at the cafeteria, we were late for breakfast but she right away offered us to serve ourselves and gave us containers to take , she was super amazing, great personality and friendly! Also another employee at the cafeteria by the name of Jenny was very attentive and made sure we had coffee too. We were blown away by the terrific service and great attitude even though breakfast was over. We definitely come back to this hotel! Nicky & Leo ♥️
