This was my first stay at the InterContinental San Diego, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I stayed with my child and my mother over the Labor Day weekend. When we checked in around 6 PM on September 4, Riley at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Since the hotel was nearly full, I asked about a late check-out. Riley told me to call the next morning to check availability. Started off with a bumpy event however the staff here is very accommodating and helpful. Originally the corporate messed up our reservation but the staff at the hotel did the necessary changes and made our stay very pleasant. The place is clean, service is wonderful. I would come back here fore sure. Perfect location, close to all the attractions. We had a wonderful time here.
