This hotel is embarrassing. Their website is defective and will book rooms for the incorrect day and they will not refund your money even if it’s their fault. Do not trust them with your information as they are happy to steal from customers while providing a snarky attitude when inquired about. I was told that after 72 hours of a no show accommodation that their website booked on the wrong day in error they cannot do anything about a refund even though it has only been 48 hours. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well thought out. Service has been excellent since we arrived, starting with Kirk the bellman (extremely nice!) through to our servers at breakfast. It is also a great location for anything you want to do in downtown San Diego. Highly recommend.
Kirk was incredibly friendly and helpful right from the start and so was Maria at the front desk! Great location and great staff, highly recommend!
I love this hotel and have stayed in other states because of the level of service
I would stay away from this hotel. This is the third InterContinental I've stayed at, and it was deeply disappointing. There was a pattern of poor service at this hotel. I regret that I willingly drove father to stay here, expecting the same high level of service I've gotten at other InterContinental locations.
