Great experience; super friendly staff especially at the front desk, and can’t beat the location.
This intercontinental is much better than the one in Los Angeles. The breakfast is pretty good, the staff is helpful. I do wish intercontinental would stop employing overseas call centers for Guest service requests. At this price range, you do not want to be dealing with a call center that’s not even on the same continent. affordable food is a 10-15 minute walk. Not bad when its nice weather, but being stuck in fine dining hotel hell during the recent rains left few options as there is nothing all that close by. The train station is open late enough to be annoying and you can hear the train crossing alarms and the engines
