We enjoyed a four-night stay here. The location was great, and we could see the Midway aircraft carrier right from our room. Two downsides: (1) the bathroom water pressure was quite low, and (2) the welcome letter mentioned a 15% discount for in-hotel dining, but we were told after dinner that it doesn’t apply on Mondays and Tuesdays — which was disappointing.

Rooms were quite humid but service was great. Riley at the front desk was especially helpful, making sure we were sorted and any issues that we had were immediately resolved.

First off, this hotel is less of a vacation hotel and more of a business geared hotel in terms of atmosphere and amenities. I have mixed feelings about the hotel. The staff is very friendly for a higher end hotel in the USA. They aren't going to go out of their way to surprise and delight but they all have good intentions. Beautiful hotel with super comfortable beds, luxurious linens, and high-quality bath products. The spa, pool, and restaurant are all excellent. However, the service was very slow, the mini fridge had sensors so I couldn’t store personal items, and there were some plumbing issues in the room.
