Don't stay here for Chase Sapphire benefits. Was supposed to get room upgrade, early check-in and daily breakfast for 2. I got a room downgrade, late check-in and for Chase Sapphire people you only get the continental breakfast with pastries, fruit, etc. You are not allowed to eat the real food! Horrible service all around too. Would not stay here again.
Love the IHG family. Excellent location. Beautiful view of the habor and city views. We were lucky enough to see the sunrise and gorgeous twinkling city lights in the evening as well. As for cleanliness in the rooms , its average. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are horrible. The need NEW pillows. They were flatter then my pancakes. No neck or head support after using 6 pillows. My head was still resting on mlthe mattress. Not the restful night. This hotel is kid friendly. Our trip started off a little bumpy but the customer service Noah displayed to resolve it truly was above and beyond. It was clear that he truly cared. And he recognized our military status which is always appreciated. Don’t sleep on this hotel. It’s right on the harbour and stunning. Beautiful design and immaculately clean. The pool is heated with incredible views. The gym had spin, yoga, and strength classes from a digital display which was such a treat. The food in the restaurant and club was excellent.
