After a long flight, Drishti made my check-in so easy and welcoming. She explained everything so nicely, gave me a complete orientation of the room and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. I also received a very nice room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel is beautiful, and my room has a lovely beach view. I’m here for a conference and I’m so happy with my stay so far. A special thank you to Drishti for making my arrival so comfortable and pleasant.
