I thought these were upstanding people until they and my landlord tricked us into moving out early with a promise to return that months rent they all of a sudden stopped answering the phone and took from us $1450. I would not do business with them
If you are looking for a family experience in renting property then you must give them a chance. I moved from Kansas to Houston due to a job promotion but Tram and Ngoc made this a smooth transition. They allowed my realtor access into the home so I can view property while away. I advised them of my concerns and two days later they were at property making it safe and clean for my peace of mind.
