A North Dallas Hotel where so many wonderful times and great memories have been made, and in 2026, the traditions continue. Everyone should book an Addison staycation here and make Kaboom Town reservation a must. The entire staff is so helpful and welcoming, but the standout, ALWAYS, their Director of Sales and Marketing, Francie Syron. THANK YOU - you did not disappoint!

Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. An overly busy Lobby due to a highly popular city event made checking in on 7/3 a very slow event. Staff offered drinks to help make up for the long wait.
Valet was rude. Everything else was grest.
