The service has been great and the rooms are up to date and very clean! The location feels like nothing is more than a few minutes to 30 minutes away.
Stayed here on a work trip. Bed was super comfortable, room and bathrooms were clean. Sometimes though there would be a bad smell coming out of the drain in the bathroom. Service at the bar/restaurant downstairs was horrendous. Waited 20 minutes for sodas, took our waitress another 30 minutes to get back to us to order food. Then the got majority of my coworkers food wrong.
We stayed on the 15th floor and were curious about the random door in our room. Come to find out, it was a fire escape… well, once I opened the door, a horrible mold smell hit me right in the face. There was water in the hallways along with tons of mold!! How is this even safe?? First off, in the event of a fire, you have buckets all over the ground along with ceiling tiles falling out covered in black mold! What do the rooms look like above the ceiling? Horrible management. When checking out I had a charge in my bill for a breakfast I didn’t have. I requested to see the signed bill and it took days to get a copy. Upon receipt it was clear that the signature was not mine.
