Genuinely, possibly the worst hotel experience I think I’ve ever had. They oversold the rooms, so the room I booked wasn’t available. Person that checked me in told me nothing about the hotel, what was open or available… just key to a room I didn’t book and pointed to the elevator. The rate I booked explicitly included WiFi, after trying to connect, I find out they charge $12/day for WiFi. The room also smelled horrid, like it had been sitting damp? I think that was the smell. Awful all round.

See pics attached for theft. We stayed here for one night on 8/15/2026. We picked this hotel because it's a nicer Marriott brand. The hotel is enormous and is struggling a bit. You can see some wear and tear, nothing crazy, but it's noticeable. The escalator to the second floor is broken. But the price was lower than normal so I figured it was a fair deal.
