The rooms were cleaned Housekeeping was on point The front desk staff were helpful and polite One issue was with 1 staff, with serving the food as we tried to get food that was at our conference and she wanted to put it away she was rude told myself and a few other ladies No. however her manager (Samira) got her together . Other than her everything was A1.
