This insurance company is a very big disappointment. They paid for my medication for two months, Then decided they didn’t want to pay for it anymore. How can they stop someone cold in their tracks from taking their medications, The medication I was on covered four different things in my body from one prescription. Stopping this medication immediately has serious side effects. You have to wean yourself off of it. Everything about IHN is worthless. They siphon public money from OHP to pay their executives well while providing terrible healthcare to people like me. Here's a short summary of just one of my issues with them. The only dental office they cover for me seems to be owned by themselves, which is a massive conflict of interest as they are a private insurer. Good luck finding a good provider. Expect to be alone in navigating benefits and finding a good doctor. Yes, they will pass their struggles with staff onto you. You will be charged the same premium but someone else gets a good doctor not you. Wait lists of over 8 months or closed lists with secret loopholes to get in. By that I mean there are three different types of dental insurance that you can have and you don't get a choice you definitely cannot get on Moda.
