I would like to thank all the staff, nurses at the surgical center. I had a couple of procedures and their care was above 5 stars. The Pre-Op nurses, Sue and Sue were so sweet and kind. My Post care was excellent although I probably was enjoying my sleep while they were working on me but once awake, I can also say they were great. Thank you Kris, Dawn, Hope, Nichole and Christina.
Always excellent care and great staff. Would be 5 stars except their policy of only billing 2 insurance plans. As a military retiree my TriCare insurance is the 3rd payer so I have to file a claim myself to be reimbursed for what they could easily do electronically. Only provider that puts me through this.
The nurse manager was very attractive and treated me with respect and compassion.
My son had a nasal surgery this week. I have to say the nurses were some of the sweetest most caring I have ever come across. Every one we encountered made our son and us so comfortable and loved. It was a breathe of fresh air. Thank you, thank you!
