I spoke with someone named Susan on the phone today. She was cutting me off, saying she doesn't need to hear any background information which was very important info she needed to hear. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. Maybe she was having a terrible day? She came at me with attitude from the start of the conversation. Asked her if they could do a pre authorization that day and she said "I can tell you right now, thats not happening today." I was so shocked on the unprofessionalism.

Despite the fact that Dr. Gonzalez seems to be a good doctor, I only met him at the hospital. He asked that I contact his office and he wanted to see me within three weeks. I made multiple calls to his office. You can never speak to anyone there. I finally called my orthopedic office and asked him to call them. When they called back, I was not at home and they asked me to call the same number that didn’t answer before. Mixed reviews. It is literally impossible to contact this office over the phone. Half of the minimal front desk staff is amazing and helpful, while the other half is rude, condescending and downright lazy. Receptionists shouldn’t discourage patients asking questions or instruct them to do tasks that are for the company or that particular employee. Worst place. It took me almost half a year to get my infusion, i have a neurologic disease, multiple sclerosis. They processed my insurance in the most irresponsible way with Labcorp, for a single bill i am asked to pay now 564$!!! They do not care to review my case. Please, do yourself a favour: RUN FROM INTERCOASTAL NEUROLOGY

Worst neurologists in town. All they care about is pushing medicine and the 3 second visit so they can make their money and move onto the next.
