I have never ever written a review online ever but I feel compelled to share: I recently had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a physicians office. I had my annual appointment with my primary care physician on time approximately 2-3 months ago. After my appt my PCP unbeknown to me left the practice. He had always renewed my one daily prescription every 90 days. I called the pharmacy to have it filled and when I went to the pharmacy to get it I was told that the practice denied refilling it. absolutely terrible customer service from their billing department. it's like they don't want to get paid because they might have to work or something.

Many mistakes made w appt times and switching my appts without calling/ telling me Dr is slow to refill scripts When calling the average wait time is 15 minutes! Mistakes made with date bloodwork can be done last time it was 2 days before appt and one of the 2 days was new year's day. So lab was closed Fasted for nothing. Went to lab to be refused bc of date worst medical facility ever
