I just made a call to them and “Tanya” couldn’t have been more UNinterested in helping me. She was rude, and told me they were too busy with “underwrites” at this time to be able to assist me. My last job ended this past Wednesday and she was very condescending in her tone, acting as if I knew nothing, when I’d already done some research. She told me to go use the marketplace, so I finally asked her why they were in business if they don’t want to help and they just tell people to use the marketplace. Unreal!
