Worst customer service ever. I called to schedule my colonoscopy, and then made me come in office to schedule. Was a minute appointment telling me when Dr was available , complained why I had to come into office to schedule, they said their policy and they needed my weight , which I certainly could have given over the phone. After scheduling I realized it was a conflict, called back to reschedule it took them a week to get back to me and return call, which I missed , called again and told me they will try and have someone ca... read more

They don't answer the phone, they don't answer on the patient portal. I know they are struggling to find qualified personnel, but it shouldn't be so difficult to schedule a routine colonoscopy. If it weren't so far away, I would go in person to make my appointment.
