They don't answer the phone, they don't answer on the patient portal. I know they are struggling to find qualified personnel, but it shouldn't be so difficult to schedule a routine colonoscopy. If it weren't so far away, I would go in person to make my appointment.
Long story short(ish) no communication , lack of continuation of care , and no solution or plan of care to follow . I had a CT completed at the request of my primary and then a follow up once sent to this by my (intercoastal ) primary as a referral. Neither the primary nor the GI office has provided anything more than to read the report to me over the phone verbatim.
