Rent increase 265.00 more a month with 2 week notice more for some others 790.00 Breach of original lease contracts. Issuing rewritten new ones. They need to be sued . its extortion. people who live here who cant just up and move out or afford to leave. Bidenflation. They need to be taught a lesson. I would say a class action lawsuit against the llc and all managers for damages and emotional distress.
Not good. Expected better conditions, ended up being really dissappointed . Whole place has been a bad experience. Rent keeps going up. Nosey neighbors, now i know why, nothing but problems here in the past. Including assaults and drug use. No free wifi. No pool. No playground for any kids. Doesnt seem to be kid friendly either. Very little privacy. People in everybodies business. Typical. Have to darkin your windows for privacy and to keep the street lights out. Very very bad park. If you want roaches and rats move here. Nothing ever is fixed. They want to raise your rent but they don't want to do any improvements. It is no longer a nice senior Park. It is more like a family park with kids. And if you want to hear Harley's every morning this is the place. They will wake you up at 6:00 every morning rare in their Motors.
