HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! ANNA IS THE WORST PERSON TO DEAL WITH. They told me I need a referral so I cancel my appointment. Then they call me to confirm the appointment and I asked them I thought I needed a referral. Anna proceeds to tell me it’s not needed. I come in to the appt and she says she remembers the whole conversation but not telling me I need a referral. So I drove 40 minutes and wasted my time. Treating me as if I’m making information up. Give this trash place a 0 if I could. Get your staff in order!

Had an apt, and after they drew my vitals, I was advised that they would not be able to assist me at their clinic (for a valid reason, this was not the issue). After my visit, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to figure out my Copayment. They made me pay more than I should have and when I told them that it did not seem correct, they insisted that it was. They handed me a receipt for another patient, with their PII. I Finally received EOB from my Insurance which indicated that I was right in what amount should have been paid.... read more

Outrageous wait times. Everytime I wait more than 2 hours to be seen. This time I waited 4 hours to a procedure that only takes 5 minutes. They made me wait all these hours on 24 hour empty stomach. IEC, stop overbooking yourself!!!
