In the beginning intercare was amazing. Office staff always answered my son's team was absolutely amazing. In the year we have been here everything has slowly gone down hill. They are not properly vetting their therapists. There is no communication. It has been a very disheartening experience. It is so hard to watch my son get upset because he doesn't understand that sometimes people just don't show up.
