On Friday, 01.31.2025, at 1:00 PM I had my first appointment with a new PCP, Dr. Ian Jackson. The appointment went very well. The nurse, Shumeika, was very helpful, supportive, kind and thorough. I was impressed with how patient and intelligent Dr. Jackson was. Although my physical health is quite decent, and I don't have much need for a PCP - because I handle most of my medical needs with another doctor - it was great to get a PCP lined up so my health is more comprehensively covered if need be. Check in is very unprofessional. If I could give this place a negative star review I would. The check in process is they hurrass you. Go to curtain such and such and fill out more paper work. My insurance info is always the same. More papers asking what I identify as. I'm a dude! If you can't tell that then maybe they need to hire people that can tell the difference. They thrive on getting you upset so when the doc takes your bp they get to right an rx for you to get your bp down. That is only up because of the check in proc... read more
unprofessional staff all throughout the establishment. Nobody knows anything or how to do their job, i bet my 8 yr old cousin could do sooooo much better than any of these “professionals”

I never had any issues. Some times you have to wait awhile but other then that ok in my eyes..
