This would be a 5 star review but I found out today that my doctor (Stacy lamontagna) will no longer be working at intercare. I urge intercare to do everything in their power to keep this provider. She is the nicest person and the best thing about this facility. When I asked who my new provider would be the lady on the phone couldn’t give me an answer. KEEP STACY SHES AMAZING!!!
This is theosy worst place I've ever been my brother had an appointment and he was trying to get his meds transferred to Benton harbor MI so he could have refills and stuff and they were very rude didn't do what he was asking trying to make him sign something not even related to what he went for and he said something the lady walked out the room and said that she didn't want to come back in with us bc we were being rude we never cussed or anything just really horrible we say in that waiting room for 2 hours and 45 mins suck ... read more
Unbelievable how long you wait to see a dentist. Yallonly have one dentist in the office. Shame on you for not make customers first. It's just sad to wait over 2 hours to be seen.
Seeing a doctor is easy,but receiving medication is a nightmare. 3 weeks late,and it's still not called in.
It's Very Clean and all the staff and doctors are Super Nice and Helpful!😁
