Got rescheduled twice on VACCINES. My daughter is now behind on her vaccines because they don't have any good staffing.
If you’re coming here to see a dentist or doctor don’t!!! They will cancel appointments never call let you show up and then say it’s been cancelled today. Like wasting my time and gas wasn’t important at all in this day and age.
Hispanic woman who used to work for Hartford public school as a secretary was very rude and unfriendly gave me attitude for answering questions she was asking. Not to the fact I had to reschedule my dentist appointment 3x and haven’t seen a dentist still yet because being canceled on 3x the day of is ridiculous.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My sister was crying in pain in the waiting room for hours only for them to tell her and another suffering soul that they were going to take their lunch break and said that they needed to go on their lunch break and should come back at 2pm. She had an appointment at 10:30. My sister was leaving when the other waiting patient said, I hate you so much!!! They both left untreated and still suffering from toothache. How can a business be this cruel and negligent?
I've been here for an hour and 45 minutes and nothing has been done. Nobody is communicating. Very very annoying and unprofessional to be sat in a room and ignored for over an hr. Then they finally come in numb you rush thru things and leave you to sit for who knows how long. If dental in the area wasn't so hard to access, I guarantee they wouldn't have as many patients as they do because everyone would be going somewhere else.
