Horrible customer service & can't keep a decent doctor or nurse practitioner. They also can't keep decent records.
This establishment has nothing but bad reviews, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt the pediatrics office does not care about their patients nor children. They don’t do same-day sick visits when I called the nurse practitioner told me that I guess if it was an emergency I would take my children to urgent care. I asked her if that was redundant because of all of the sicknesses that are there because I think that all my 18 month old has an ear infection. MEDICAL: Went here when I got diagnosed with diabetes. The first nurse practitioner they gave me told me I should try prayer to "cure" my diabetes and bipolar. The second one they put me with told me she wouldn't prescribe my diabetic medication until I lost 25 lbs naturally to prove that I want to live. The third one was ok-ish as long as I "behaved".
