Everyone was so professional and caring. My husband and I were blown away by the care. We didn’t know what to expect and was having trouble finding primary health and dental care. We are so pleased we found Intercare. Every single person we came into contact with were genuinely kind and helpful.
They lie to get you through, I brought my medical insurance card and even brought up the plan online with the person checking me in and taking insurance information and was told it was part of the network. Was also told if anything didn't go through based on my income (which is practically nothing in disability) based on the sliding scale the most out of pocket I'd pay was $25 ... Then I get a bill for $65 because yes they work with Aetna (they'll send them a bill) but they are not in network and the sliding scale put me at ... read more
Live close by and had carbon monoxide poisoning. My wife went there on way to hospital because I couldnt breathe and was passing out in car. When we got in first they said they werent sure they could do anything because I wasnt a patient as im slumped over in the chair. Then my wife was pleading for oxygen and they said they didnt have any. They did call an ambulance though.
The entire staff were so kind and patient with my grandchildren! They treated them all with respect and kindness! They were on time and quite quick!
