Don’t go to Peabody dental. Staff and everyone else was amazing. But somehow my appointment was messed up and I didn’t get the time I needed. I put every dime I had into getting to a dentist only for him to look at me for half a minute and leave stating nothing was wrong with me. He stated I wasn’t in pain and everything was fine. Absolutely appalling place. I have been diagnosed with 7 diseases and this office refuses to do any bloodwork or testing to see of they are progressing or subsiding. Within the first 2 minutes all the nurse practitioner wanted to do is blaim my medical conditions on cannabis. Offer no real solutions, no tests, just rude condescending behavior, then suggests this is not the place for me. To which... I was shocked... then agreed. What a joke!!!

The service that they provided was okay. They don't let you know what you will have to pay. I have been going around in circles with the doctors office, then thrown over to the billing office and I have also called my insurance. The insurance can't tell me how much they will pay because they haven't gotten anything from the doctors office saying what services they did. The Intercare office tells me to call the billing office and the billing office tells me to call Intercare.
I’ve been a patient at InterCare for over 10 years, and the quality of care has declined to the point where it’s almost impossible to get seen. Appointments take months to schedule, and even when I finally get one, it’s often canceled and pushed out another several months. The medical side is just as frustrating. Patients ( me) are told that doctors can only address 2–3 issues per visit, even though it takes months to get an appointment in the first place.
