They took wonderful care of my grandma and her surviving partner while there. My one complaint: I got an $80 parking ticket for not extending my time when my loved one was passing . There should not be parking tickets handed out on the hospice side !!! This is inhumane . Staff was absolutely incredible though
My mom was transferred from FMC on August 20, and from the moment I arrived—before the ambulance even brought her—I was made to feel welcome. Her room was ready, her name was on the door, and everything was prepared. It’s the little things that mean so much when a loved one is dying. Such a loving and caring team that took care of our mom in her final days. Dolores & Ada were moms favorite ladies, whether it be fixing her hair or just getting her laughing, these ladies are top notch!!!! A big thank you to Dr Tania, RN Mandeep, Delores and Ada as well as the rest of the staff for making mom comfortable and also checking on us the family. We couldn’t have gotten through this without you!
nurses, doctors and management we’re wonderful. But please be abundantly aware of care aide Alissa when she is dealing with your loved one. i have never witnessed such staunch disrespect for patients and their care like i did today & so much that i removed my mother from hospice care to come home where she belongs.
