This is the response from Intercard, Inc Support when I asked about finding out if there were any credits on the card: The only way to use, refund or check a card's balance is by taking it to the arcade/FEC site and swiping the card on their balance checker / teller or asking an employee onsite to assist you. If the card doesn't have a name and/or address printed on it, unfortunately, we do not have a way to find out where the card came from. - This is coming from a software company that doesn't track their card usage. World Leader in Amusement Park cashless System.
Software is extremely buggy. Every time someone pays cash, our kiosks lock up on the last bill inserted and it remains frozen for apx 60-120 seconds. Inter card was made aware of this bug during a trade show but said they are UNABLE TO FIX.
Ok system but terrible service. Just got new system but it doesn't work completely. And tech support says it's not a priority. Credit card machine issues. Register locks up from time to time. Sometimes credit card only lets you tap . Cannot hold transaction. Many issues they should not be selling new systems when they can't fix problems. Tech support after hours is a joke they will only help you if the whole system crashes. They have a long way to go before they deserve more than one star.
