This is a very strange psychiatric clinic because rude, inadequate and unprofessional people work there. Everything looks like they are doing it to make the patient feel even worse. In addition, their specialists are a demonstration of a complete lack of professionalism and etiquette! I have been to see psychiatrist Alla Barsky several times. Been going here for years, some of the therapists are not licensed and they misunderstand things you say and DOCUMENT them. I’m going to complain and ask that some of these things be removed. ALWAYS ask for your records to keep up with your information. And always remember, these therapists are not your friends. The front desk has always been very polite to me except maybe twice. I’m not sure if I recommend or not. I do love the telehealth, no traveling is amazing for me because I’m injured.

I’m really frustrated with the way the front desk at this office operates. We’re not calling to ask for money or personal favors — we’re simply trying to get the help we need from our specialist. But most of the time, no one even picks up the phone. And when someone finally does, they cut you off mid-sentence, don’t listen, and act like they just want to get rid of you. I have been going to this place for 6 months now and I really like it! My therapist Nina is an excellent specialist! During this time we have solved several of my fears and problems. I am happy to go to her every week. She is very polite, attentive and understanding. Thank you!
