Please don't walk away from this place, RUN!! They have a high turnover of therapists, the therapists don't care, and neither does the Director. It's really sad considering they are supposed to provide therapeutic services. The therapist Tiffany, doesn't return emails or have any suggestions for crisis intervention. The director Carlos will never return a phone call. If you are looking for quality services, you will NOT find it here. The only reason they got 1 star is because 0 wasn't an option. This place is TRASH.

My heroes! They can be yours too. Amazing team. You will love them like I do. If you need help, this is the place to go. I went to the Coney Island location, and they are excellent. Get well soon, be safe.

I had an appointment scheduled and from the start things felt sketchy. They didn’t even want to disclose the provider’s name until I pressed them for it. I even followed up to ask about my Zoom link and was assured I’d get a call instead. That call never came. I sat around waiting for nothing, completely wasting my time. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible. been coming here for months the psychs are disconnected, do not care, and just wanna push you out the door as soon as possible. you can speak about issues for months and get zero help for it. their therapists seem like they don't know what to even do, and when you call to try and reach anyone in charge, you get the runaround. should be illegal to operate like this. while using hashtags like "#youmatter" on their about section, i have never felt a mental health provider feel less empathy in my life. dr.barsky ... read more

Interborough was an incredible experience in my mental health journey. All of the staff is super supportive, friendly, and welcoming. After completing the 6 week IOP program I have improved significantly in staying positive and sober. I’m especially grateful for Rita and Tahirah’s constant support and encouragement.
