Been going here for years, some of the therapists are not licensed and they misunderstand things you say and DOCUMENT them. I’m going to complain and ask that some of these things be removed. ALWAYS ask for your records to keep up with your information. And always remember, these therapists are not your friends. The front desk has always been very polite to me except maybe twice. I’m not sure if I recommend or not. I do love the telehealth, no traveling is amazing for me because I’m injured.

This is a very strange psychiatric clinic because rude, inadequate and unprofessional people work there. Everything looks like they are doing it to make the patient feel even worse. In addition, their specialists are a demonstration of a complete lack of professionalism and etiquette! I have been to see psychiatrist Alla Barsky several times. I have been going to this place for 6 months now and I really like it! My therapist Nina is an excellent specialist! During this time we have solved several of my fears and problems. I am happy to go to her every week. She is very polite, attentive and understanding. Thank you!

This place is beyond amazing. I feel so welcome here the second I walk into the door. I came here from Revived Soul Medical P.C. on 1329 East 17th Street in Brooklyn. I’m very happy I did because this place always made me feel welcome the front desk is so nice and helpful. My therapist here got me through my intake like a breeze and I felt so comfortable and my psychiatrist here listened to my concerns about my medication. My mother had an unpleasant experience at this office. Dr. Barsky did not adhere to appointment times. Despite arriving at the office 5 minutes before her scheduled appointment, my mother was passed over for a patient who arrived late for his appointment.
