This clinic needs to make MANY improvements IMMEDIATELY. 1. I CANNOT SEND A MESSAGE TO A PROVIDER ON THE PATIENT PORTAL. When I click on the word that says "compose" it immediately asks me to "select facility". But the tab doesn't allow me to type in the facility "Claremedica of Kendall". Therefore I cannot send messages to Providers on the portal. 2. I CANNOT REQUEST REFERRALS OR MEDICATION REFILLS ON THE PATIENT PORTAL. It's the same problem as #1. Mi mama tubo cita hoy con el Docto primario, llegamos a las 10:00am Que era su appointment time, nos pasaron para Que la enfermera la pesara y hiciera su assessment a las 12: 20. El Doctor seguia ocupado y a la 1:40pm porque pregunte no porque nadie nos avisara, me informan Que el Doctor se fue a una reunion. Horrible service. You can spend an hour or more waiting for them to answer the phone….and they won’t answer. They claim to have an answering service….but it’s a lie!!!. If you want to miss Christmas? Thanksgiving?? Your birthday party?….all you have to do is dial them up!!!. Unprofessional service. Stay away!!!
