Excellent customer oriented bank. I have a loan for over 10 years and Tony Roman helped me through the process and until this day the experience has been superb. This bank has been helping me since 1992 that's how long I have been a customer. I highly recommend it.
Very poor customer service! Used drive- through today Saturday, December 2nd 2023. No one acknowledged the reception of my deposits until 10 min later that I called the Teller. Then they returned the deposits confirmation without saying a word.
