I’d give this title company a zero if I could. They gave the mortgage comp the wrong info of what to pull on taxes then we got penalized at the end of the year. They tried to blame the mortgage company, the realtor..etc. They offered to pay the overage because it was late and then completely ghosted us. Very disappointing.
I had a really great experience working with Rachel Thackerson she went above and beyond during the closing process. She had to locate prior owners of the property that I was selling so that they could sign off on the deed which took a lot of leg work however because she is so strong willed she got the job done. Thanks Rachel
